Who are we looking for?

An experienced analyst with mapping data understanding who has a keen interest in the Environmental domain, is a fluent English speaker, and has the legal right to work in the UK. At Ecometrica we value people who are curious, take the initiative and are proactive in solving problems. If you don’t have all of the skills / experience mentioned below, but can demonstrate an ability to learn and develop on the job, we still want to hear from you.

We expect applicants to clearly demonstrate practical experience with:

  • Using environmental data to create useful information
  • Using interpersonal and communication skills to understand problems and different perspectives & needs
  • A good level of maturity, emotional intelligence along with excellent time and organisational skills

Your application will benefit significantly from demonstrating previous experience with using some or all of the following tools: SQL, Python, Shell Scripting

What will you be doing?

  • You will be part of a friendly and collaborative team

  • You will design and build environmental monitoring and sustainability products by combining mapping and sustainability data
  • You will help with supporting customers using our products
  • You will work in a relaxed and flexible working environment
  • You will manage your own time and workload

  • A salary based on experience starting at £36,000
